kDy Automation Solutions, Inc., is a privately held firm that delivers custom process automation solutions to R&D, academic, pilot production, and industrial customers. It is based in the Research Triangle Park, NC area, but is available to service customers across the country. We are National Instruments Alliance Partner and Systems Integrator.

In order to offer maximum flexibility to its customers, kDy offers its services in a variety of ways:

• unbundled, pay-as-you-go hourly consulting
• specially-priced bundled hourly consulting packages
• "cost-plus" pricing on projects
• flat-fee, full service project delivery. This offers the best value to the customer, because kDy promises a solution at a previously agreed upon fixed price. Progress payments for more involved or capital-intensive projects may be stipulated by kDy.

Doing Business with kDy

Our relationship with a new customer often begins with an informal meeting over lunch, or with a tour of the customer's facility. We are certainly willing to sign an NDA specified by the customer in advance of any meeting or project-related discussion. We discuss our capabilities and the customer's specific problem.

For the convenience of our customers, we are pleased to accept credit card payment for our products and services. For more extensive projects or consulting packages, we are pleased to accept progress payments spread over time to reflect the progress of the work.
